Kaicho Stephan Breu

Kaicho Stephan Breu, born 1965 in Switzerland, is the Founder and Head of System of "Shaolin Yangsheng Fa" and "Seishin-Ryu Kiko-Jitsu" and holds Black Belts in various Fighting Systems. His roots are mainly in japanese Martial Arts (Kyokushinkai and Shotokan) and chinese Energy Work. Holding Black Belt in different Gendai Budo styles he also represents these organizations in Switzerland and he is Chairman of the Referee Committee of World Sports Karate Federation and licensed Referee Sanshou of Swiss Wushu Federation.

His training with his Shifu from the Shaolin Temple in Henan and other outstanding masters of Shaolin tradition allowed him to form a new Training-System „Shaolin Yangsheng Fa“ combining the advantages of traditional elements of Shaolin Qigong and Shaolin Quan with daoistic techniques and the new developments in Health Qigong aiming for nourishing life of the practitioners.

Combining "Shaolin Yangsheng Fa" with healing techniques like Reiki or Shiatsu he is also heading "Seishin-Ryu Kikoukai" practicing the combinded japanese version of energy work as "Seishin-Ryu Kikou-Jitsu" for spiritual progress. His system has been found worthy to be included as part of All Japan Ju-Jitsu International Federation (AJJIF) Budo Heritage, aiming to save Budo Heritage from time harm and lost in memory of Martial Arts Masters and their styles, ways and traditions.

He has been honoured by different Martial Arts Hall of Fame and in 2010 he received a Doctorate of Philosophy in Martial Arts Science by the World Academy of Martial Arts Philosophy and Science (WAMAPS).

Besides Martial Arts he is also a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Tradition and the same in various other Energy "Reiki" Systems.
